Regardless of the proven effects of blue light, starting into a brightly lit screen for hours before bed cannot be conducive to sleep. Turn off all screens at 7pm and use the last few minutes before going to bed in a completely different way. Read, meditate, eat with family or friends, go for a walk, or just do nothing.
